To track your parcel, you will receive a confirmation email that will give you the tracking details to use on Australia Post's website.

A signature upon delivery is required, so if you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local post office.

If you failed to collect you parcel from your Post Office or the incorrect information was given at the moment of making your purchase, this will result in the courier returning your parcel back to us.

(Any incurring re-dispatch fees must be covered by the customer)

If you have not received your items within 4 business days of making your order please make sure you contact us at please include your full name and order number and we will investigate your delivery immediately.

We are not liable for wrong information given to us when shipping information is asked at check out . If you do not provide the right shipping address we will not be liable to refund in the event of a missing parcel. You will need to investigate with our courier Australia Post. Please make sure all your shipping information is correct before finalising order.
